The Sadler Woods HOA
The Sadler Woods Homeowners Association (HOA) and its board are registered with the County of Henrico State Corporation Commission.

Sadler Woods HOA Board
According to its bylaws, as registered with the County of Henrico, the Sadler Woods HOA must maintain a Board of seven directors, who must be members of the HOA.
The Board is mainly responsible for paying for upkeep of common property, collecting dues to pay for that upkeep, and meeting monthly (or so) to discuss items of common concern.
Board members are elected by the homeowners at each annual meeting.
Currently, they are all volunteers. Using volunteers helps keep our dues down.
Please consider standing to be a Board member! Honestly it’s not hard and there isn’t much to do. š
